Individual Attendees: Click here to access the registration system. Instructions on submitting a short abstract for poster-only presentation will be provided in the confirmation message after registration has been completed.

If you are a government employee and need to make special arrangements to confirm your registration or if you are an attendee who needs to make alternative payment arrangements (e.g. institutional bank transfer), please contact the Conference Coordinator, Jenny Ramarui ([email protected]) to discuss details.

Refund policy: Refund requests must be received before October 1, 2016. The amount of registration fees paid, minus a $75.00 processing fee will be refunded. Refunds cannot be provided if requested after October 1, 2016.
